Either Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet, depending on your preference.

I can either build a model from scratch, or use an existing one.

It depends, however most projects end up between $1,000 and $5,000.

What if I'm not satisfied with the model?
This has never happened before, but you'll get a 50% refund.
